Star Reporter Launched!!!
We finally recieved the Star Reporter curriculum in the beginning of January. We created our very first class newsletter
in the end of February and we are half way finished with the newsletter for March. The students really seem to be enjoying
the activities and we have recieved a lot of positive feedback from our first newsletter. The students decided to call
our newsletter the "Grizzly Report". It contains a feature article, a book review, a section for a craft, our garden
news, cooking corner, a section for the our community outings,a brief article for Best Buddies, and an update on what is happening
in the speech class. It has been a great tool to allow our students to interact with other people on campus that they
might not otherwise have been involved with. Let us know what you think about it.
Events and Announcements
This is where I'll post any notes that go home, any announcements, and any changes in assignments.
1. Students from Mrs. Cook's Class or from Mrs. Carr's class that will be preforming in Airbands should meet in the
gym at 6 pm on Friday March 9th. All other students will be meeting in the gym after school on Friday March 9th.
